As originally designed by another design firm, this 16,700 square foot worship facility came in almost a million dollars over the budget, and the local congregation wasn't sure where to turn for help.

Working on a team-build basis in conjunction with a local general contractor, we re-designed the entire building envelope. The roof structural system was simplified, and the overall geometry of the envelope became more straight forward in the process. Electrical & mechanical systems were also redesigned for maximum efficiencies. The result was a clean, pleasant and very functional worship facility. And….we actually added 400 square feet to the original floor plan.
