This two-story office building addition more than doubled the original size, and was constructed from start to finish in four months, as a part of the larger Terminal expansion project at the Port of Tacoma. Basic construction is wood-frame with single-ply and metal standing-seam roofing. The existing building was also extensively renovated, leaving a fresh appearance to the entire facility.
