As the third building we designed for this 40 acre master planned industrial park, this is a national & regional distribution center for Medline. Basic construction is concrete tilt-up walls with a panelized roof system, using open-web steel roof joists and girders, and a built-up roofing membrane. Design considerations included maximum flexibility for office or warehousing spaces, and 35 ft. clear vertical clearances to maximize the high-vertical, narrow-aisle racking system.
