This three-story building is designed for multi-tenant lease, for professional offices. The basic structural system utilizes site-cast concrete tilt-up walls, spanning over 50-feet from the covered parking garage up to the roof parapet level. Exterior glazing will be Low-E, insulated glass, with aluminum sunshades to lower the effects of solar heat-gain, and added aesthetics.

All mechanical & electrical systems are designed for maximum flexibility for a variety of tenant space needs, and all mechanical units will be hidden within the ceiling cavities, or on the rooftop level. The exterior entry plaza is actually directly over the parking level below.
